Welcome to the Affiliate Program of UP TRAVEL ONLINE , an online travel agency. By joining our affiliate program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
This Affiliate Agreement contains the complete terms and conditions that apply to your participation as an affiliate in UP TRAVEL ONLINE 's Affiliate Program. By submitting the affiliate application, you are indicating your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
As an affiliate, you will promote UP TRAVEL ONLINE on your website, blog, or social media channels. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining your website or social media channels, including the accuracy and appropriateness of any information or content posted. You will be responsible for ensuring that your promotions do not infringe on any third-party rights.
You will earn a commission on the net booking amount for each completed booking made through your referral link. The commission rate will be specified in your affiliate agreement. Commission payments will be made on a monthly basis, subject to a minimum payout threshold of USD $50. If the minimum payout threshold is not met, the commission will be carried over to the next month.
You are not allowed to use any illegal or unethical methods to promote UP TRAVEL ONLINE , including spamming, unsolicited email, or any other methods that violate our policies. You are not allowed to bid on our trademarked terms, including "UP TRAVEL ONLINE " or any variations thereof, in any search engine marketing campaigns.
UP TRAVEL ONLINE retains all ownership and intellectual property rights in the logos, trademarks, and other promotional materials provided to you. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the provided materials solely for the purpose of promoting UP TRAVEL ONLINE .
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time for any reason. Upon termination, all rights and licenses granted to you will immediately terminate, and you must remove all promotional materials from your website or social media channels.
UP TRAVEL ONLINE will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of revenue, profits, or data arising in connection with this agreement or the affiliate program.
